It is a complex of three diverse restaurants located in the midst of one of the oldest vineyards in Bohemia.
Elite Restaurant – considered a jewel of gastronomy among our restaurants, it is aimed at high gastronomy. We provide an unusual culinary experience to the true connoisseurs not only at the traditional Villa staterooms, that bring about a feeling of coziness and a an unobtrusive charm of the �old times� with wonderful views from our windows, but also in a unique greenhouse with a ceiling decoration showing a grapevine motif. Select chef delicacies empower the fairytale like atmosphere of this restaurant, where its visitors have the opportunity to choose from a broad wine selection (2500 stored wines) in our cellar (Wine Chest), embedded in the Villa bedrock mass. Celeste restaurant
Elegantly located in the famous Dancing House - said to resemble Fred and Ginger in action and constructed in 1996 - with some of the most extraordinary views in town, Prague s pearl acts as a magnet for those who appreciate classic Gallic cuisine. Duck liver with orange goes down a particular treat. Cap 70 pax & salon on the top with capacity max 27 pax at one table.
